Executive Committee

The Executive Committee serves as the operational leadership core of Viviscent Wellness Foundation. This team is responsible for guiding day to day execution, aligning strategy with mission, and ensuring that every initiative moves forward with clarity and purpose. With delegated authority from the Board of Directors, the committee provides the structure and oversight needed to act quickly while maintaining accountability and compliance.

During this phase of growth, the Executive Committee carries broad responsibility across development, partnerships, finance, and program implementation. Members work collaboratively to prioritize opportunities, manage resources, and coordinate efforts across all projects, including housing, infrastructure, and community programs. This approach allows the Foundation to remain focused, efficient, and responsive as it expands into new regions.

As the organization grows, responsibilities will transition into specialized committees. Until then, the Executive Committee ensures stability, direction, and disciplined execution. Their leadership supports the Foundation’s commitment to delivering real housing solutions for veterans, underserved families, domestic violence survivors, and returning citizens across the country.
