Jackie Ackerman is a senior data and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex data, analytics, and interoperability initiatives across federal, state, and private sectors. She brings deep expertise in healthcare systems, AI governance, and enterprise data architecture.
Jackie currently serves as a Portfolio Leader, directing large-scale Health and Human Services data initiatives, including advanced platforms that integrate healthcare and social systems. Her work focuses on governance, risk management, and building secure, scalable systems that connect data across organizations.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Data and Analytics, where she built and led enterprise data programs supporting federal agencies such as VA, CMS, and other national systems. She has designed and implemented large-scale data platforms that integrate clinical, social, and operational data to improve decision-making and outcomes.
Jackie is recognized for her leadership in data interoperability, ethical AI, and responsible data use. She has advised senior leaders and organizations on how to structure systems that are secure, compliant, and built for long-term impact. Her experience includes cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Snowflake, along with enterprise governance frameworks.
Her background also includes military intelligence leadership, where she led global data and intelligence operations in support of mission-critical environments. She managed large teams, built secure systems, and delivered real-time analysis to support national security efforts.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She also maintains certifications in analytics, Agile leadership, and data platforms.
At Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Jackie leads data strategy, AI governance, and system integration. She ensures that data across housing, healthcare, and community programs is structured, secure, and actionable. Her work helps the foundation build intelligent systems that improve outcomes and support long-term growth.
