Hila currently serves as a Project Manager at TH Consulting L.L.C, where she supports international projects and strategic development across U.S. and global markets. Her work focuses on aligning business strategy with execution, ensuring that initiatives move efficiently from concept to delivery.

She previously held leadership roles in business development and sales within the medical and biotech sectors, including her work with POMICELL and POMICANN. In these roles, she helped advance AI-driven healthcare solutions designed to improve patient outcomes through data analysis and personalized treatment strategies. Her experience includes working with advanced bioinformatics platforms and supporting the integration of AI into real-world medical applications.

Hila also brings a strong foundation in internal communications and organizational engagement. She has led initiatives that strengthen team alignment, improve communication across departments, and support operational effectiveness in fast-growing companies.

Her background includes business development leadership with Super-Pharm, where she supported expansion efforts and strengthened commercial partnerships within the healthcare and retail sectors.

Hila holds a Master of Business Administration from Everglades University, with a focus on accounting and business management. Her work reflects a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and relationship building across international markets.

At Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Hila supports international partnerships, global expansion, and strategic collaboration. She helps connect innovation, healthcare, and housing initiatives across borders to expand access, improve outcomes, and support long-term impact for communities worldwide.
