He leads technology strategy and infrastructure development for the Viviscent Wellness Foundation, with a focus on building scalable, self-sustaining communities.
Steve is the founder of the JeviTY model, a framework for developing agile regenerative communities designed to be self-sufficient in power, water, waste management, food production, and localized manufacturing. These communities are built using adaptable systems that evolve as technology advances, ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience.
He plays a central role in project development, financial modeling, and capital strategy for large-scale community initiatives. His work includes leading the design and planning of regenerative developments and contributing to global efforts focused on next-generation community design and infrastructure.
Steve is also a recognized expert in real estate tokenization, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance. As the author of “Cryptocurrency and Real Estate,” he has helped shape strategies for tokenizing real-world assets and structuring innovative funding models.
