Viviscent Inc. has formally discontinued all merger, equity, governance, and business combination discussions involving Bird Rib Holdings, Bird Rib Holding LLC, Birdrib Holdings, Alyssa Collinsworth, JJ Cotten, and any related parties.

The Board of Directors of Viviscent Inc. did not approve, accept, ratify, or authorize any merger, ownership transfer, equity issuance, board appointment, governance change, or related business combination involving these parties.

Viviscent Inc. is moving forward independently through its approved board process, corporate structure, and authorized partners.

No related party is authorized to speak for Viviscent Inc., contact employees or contractors on behalf of Viviscent Inc., or claim any approved ownership, equity, board, governance, or management authority.
