Board of Directors
One Home - One Person - One Cummunity
The Board of Directors guides the direction of Viviscent Wellness Foundation and ensures every action aligns with our mission to serve veterans and underserved families. The board sets policy, approves strategy, and provides financial oversight. Members safeguard compliance, review performance, and hold leadership accountable for measurable results. Each director brings experience, judgment, and integrity to support responsible growth and lasting impact.
The need is urgent. Across the United States, tens of thousands of veterans still face homelessness, and many more families live one crisis away from losing stability. One in ten veterans has experienced homelessness at some point, and survivors of domestic violence are at high risk of losing housing and safety . Behind every number is a person who served, a parent trying to protect their children, or someone searching for a safe place to rebuild. This is not a distant issue. It is happening in our communities every day.
We do this work because housing is the foundation for everything else. When a person has a safe place to live, they can heal, work, and rebuild their life. Without it, every other solution falls short. Our board exists to ensure we move with urgency, act with integrity, and never lose sight of the people we serve. Every decision is driven by one goal: to create real pathways to stability, dignity, and long-term independence for those who need it most.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Viviscent Housing Development Board
One Home - One Person - One Cummunity
The Viviscent Housing Development Board is a separate and independent oversight body responsible for all housing related governance, compliance, safety review, development standards, and operational decision making for Viviscent housing activities. It operates independently from the main Board of Directors to prevent conflicts of interest and to maintain objective review of all housing matters involving development, construction, property operations, resident protections, and affiliated entities. Any director, officer, or owner with a financial interest in Viviscent Inc. or a related housing company is excluded from membership and voting authority on this board. The purpose of this board is to protect the organization through clear separation of duties, independent housing oversight, and consistent compliance with applicable legal, ethical, safety, and operational standards.
