About the organization

Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Inc. is a United States based nonprofit public charity recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation operates charitable initiatives, housing related programs, and lawful sweepstakes programs in support of veterans and underserved families.

Sweepstakes participation

Participation in any sweepstakes is governed solely by the applicable Official Rules posted for that sweepstakes. These Terms do not replace or modify Official Rules. If there is any conflict, the Official Rules control for sweepstakes matters.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase odds of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Donations and payments

Donations are voluntary and may be processed through third party payment processors. We do not intentionally store full payment card information. Donation receipts and tax documentation, if applicable, are provided according to our processes and applicable law.

Sweepstakes entry payments are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and code, is owned by or licensed to Viviscent Wellness Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
