General Condition

A minimum of 30 tickets must be sold for the drawing to take place as scheduled. If fewer than 30 tickets are sold by the announced drawing time, the drawing will be postponed and carried over to the next scheduled event. All purchased tickets will remain valid and automatically roll over to the new drawing date. No refunds will be issued due to a postponed drawing under this condition.
