Viviscent Wellness Foundation Announces Expansion of Homes Across America Initiative in Northwest Oklahoma

Viviscent Wellness Foundation, alongside its development partner Viviscent Inc., is advancing a major housing and community development initiative across Northwest Oklahoma. This effort focuses on Enid and Fairview as the foundation for a scalable national model designed to address housing shortages, strengthen local economies, and support veterans and underserved families.

The organization is actively building and deploying affordable housing solutions that meet real demand. Many communities across the region face aging housing stock, limited inventory, and rising pressure on renters and working families. Viviscent’s approach centers on delivering high quality, attainable homes that are ready for immediate occupancy and long term stability.

This initiative is part of the broader Homes Across America campaign. The goal is clear. Build strong, sustainable communities that provide more than housing. Each project is designed to support economic growth, improve access to services, and create long term opportunities for residents.

Initial development is already underway. New homes are being completed and additional phases are moving forward. These early builds serve as proof of concept and set the stage for rapid expansion across multiple locations.
