Viviscent Wellness Foundation Daily Update
March 28, 2026

Today, Viviscent Wellness Foundation continues pushing forward on multiple housing and community development initiatives across the United States. Our mission remains focused on creating safe, affordable, sustainable housing and opportunity driven communities for veterans and underserved families.

Current progress includes active development and planning efforts in Oklahoma, Florida, Alabama, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. In Oklahoma, Enid remains a priority market with immediate housing opportunities, while Kremlin and Fairview continue to represent major growth potential for large scale deployment. In Florida, existing homes are already positioned for sale, with additional homes in the pipeline as we continue building toward a stronger headquarters presence in Polk County.

In Alabama, the Carbon Hill project remains a major strategic opportunity with land positioned for a 47 unit container home community and mixed use development. In Colorado, Naturita remains a valuable market with premium land value and strong pricing potential for modular housing. In Pennsylvania, Philadelphia continues to present scalable lot opportunities for future expansion.

Behind the scenes, we are also advancing investor readiness, funding strategies, real estate tokenization discussions, and partnerships that can help bring long term capital and sustainability into these projects. We are continuing to strengthen our nonprofit infrastructure, improve our compliance posture, and align each project with strong governmental, private, and philanthropic support.

Our vision remains clear. We are not just building homes. We are building stable communities, ownership pathways, and long term hope for people who need it most.
