RE: National Recovery Housing Partnership – Modular Solutions for Disaster Relief, Veterans, and Behavioral Health Communities

Dear President Trump,

On behalf of the Viviscent Wellness Foundation, I respectfully request your support and partnership in scaling a national housing solution that is already changing lives—and now drawing global attention.

We are leading the Homes Across America campaign, a modular and container-based housing initiative designed to deliver permanent, dignified housing to families devastated by tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and homelessness. We are building entire communities for veterans, seniors, trauma survivors, and those suffering from cognitive and behavioral conditions such as PTSD, addiction, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and neurodivergent trauma.

Our strategy is made possible through direct partnerships with modular pioneers including Boxabl, SI Containers, Containing Luxury, and a growing coalition of American manufacturers committed to affordable, code-compliant, and storm-resilient housing.

Each unit is built off-site, delivered in days, and placed with wraparound support—counseling, medical access, job training, and peer support. These aren’t shelters. They’re permanent homes designed for lasting recovery.

We’re currently active in Florida, Alabama, Colorado, and Oklahoma—developing four signature housing models:

1. Veteran Memory Care Villages – Modular villages for aging veterans with dementia and cognitive impairments.
2. Entrepreneur Empowerment Zones – Live/work modular communities for business creation, job training, and independence.
3. Freedom Zones – Truck stop-adjacent modular housing for mobile workers, displaced families, and veterans.
4. Modular Rapid Deployment in Disaster Zones – Flood-, hurricane-, and tornado-resistant homes delivered within days of catastrophe.

And now, the world is watching: government officials from Laos, Nepal, and multiple African nations have reached out to replicate this model abroad. America is once again exporting not only products—but hope.

We respectfully ask for the following:

• Federal recognition of Viviscent Wellness Foundation as a nonprofit modular housing partner for HUD, FEMA, and VA pilot projects;
• Authorization to work with federal land banks and agencies to place modular units in disaster and veteran-priority zones;
• Inclusion in mental health and recovery funding discussions at the state and national level;
• Your endorsement and, if possible, a visit to one of our pilot sites to amplify this life-saving effort.

Mr. President, this effort reflects the values you’ve championed: putting Americans first, rebuilding faster, and restoring dignity through action—not delay. Our mission is to provide 10,000 homes in the U.S. and inspire global replication in communities battling disaster, poverty, and war.
