Scott Thompson is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience across IT, web development, and enterprise systems. He leads digital infrastructure for the Viviscent Wellness Foundation, ensuring that every platform, system, and tool supports real execution and measurable impact.

Scott is a proud U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard veteran, serving over two decades. His military background shaped his leadership style. He operates with discipline, accountability, and a strong commitment to the people he serves. He understands the transition veterans face and the need for systems that provide stability, access, and real support.

Throughout his career, Scott has built and led technology solutions for government agencies, legal firms, healthcare systems, and commercial organizations. His expertise includes web platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI automation, API integrations, and full systems architecture. He focuses on building solutions that work in real environments, not just on paper.

In 2025, Scott founded Badge93, a veteran-owned technology consultancy focused on helping small and veteran-owned businesses scale through practical digital tools and AI systems. He also hosts The Veteran Growth Edge, a podcast focused on veteran entrepreneurs building strong post-service careers and communities.

At Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Scott ensures the technology backbone is strong, secure, and scalable. His work supports national growth, data systems, outreach platforms, and operational execution. Every system he builds is designed to help the mission move faster and reach more people.
