Rita Goodale is a housing operations and compliance specialist with deep experience in HUD programs, rental assistance, and case management. She brings years of hands-on work supporting individuals and families through housing programs, ensuring compliance, stability, and access to critical services.

Rita served as a Lead Rent Assistance Services Coordinator with Home Forward, where she managed eligibility, case coordination, and program compliance for housing assistance programs including Section 8, project-based vouchers, and rehabilitation programs. Her work included conducting eligibility screenings, coordinating inspections, reviewing tenancy approvals, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local housing regulations.

She has extensive experience working directly with clients, landlords, and community agencies. Rita handled crisis situations, resolved disputes, and guided participants through program requirements with clarity and consistency. She also played a key role in training staff, auditing files, and maintaining program accuracy and compliance.

Her background includes reviewing reasonable accommodation requests under Fair Housing laws, managing portability processes, and supporting termination and appeal procedures when required. She understands both the regulatory framework and the human side of housing, ensuring that programs are applied fairly while supporting those in need.

Rita holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus in Paralegal Studies and has specialized training as a Housing Choice Voucher Specialist. Her knowledge of housing law, documentation, and compliance processes strengthens the foundation’s ability to operate within strict regulatory environments.

At Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Rita leads housing compliance, program structure, and operational alignment with HUD and federal housing standards. She ensures that programs are executed correctly, documentation is accurate, and participants are supported through clear and structured systems.
