Erica Kersey

Erica Kersey is an experienced accounting professional with over a decade of hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and financial operations. She plays a key role in managing the financial systems that support the Viviscent Wellness Foundation’s growth and long-term sustainability.

Erica has worked as a Staff Accountant for C.A. King P.C. since 2013, where she manages accounting and payroll for multiple businesses. Her responsibilities include setting up payroll systems, processing payroll across various schedules, handling quarterly filings, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting platforms.

She also served as Office Manager for Gandy’s Accounting and Tax Service, where she handled tax preparation for individuals and corporations, managed monthly accounting processes, and supported multiple clients with payroll and financial reporting.

As the Owner and Operator of Affordable Accounting Inc., Erica runs her own accounting and tax practice, providing full-service financial support to a range of clients. She manages all aspects of accounting operations, including payroll, tax filings, reporting, and client services, demonstrating strong independence and attention to detail.

Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix. Her education and experience give her a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, and reporting.

At Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Erica oversees accounting systems, payroll structures, and financial tracking. She ensures that funds are managed responsibly, reporting is accurate, and financial operations support the mission at every level.
