Miranda Baldridge
Miranda Baldridge is a licensed real estate broker and business leader with extensive experience in residential transactions, operations management, and disaster response. She brings a strong combination of real estate expertise, leadership, and hands-on operational execution to the Viviscent Wellness Foundation.
Miranda currently serves as a Broker and Realtor with Advantage Real Estate, where she manages all aspects of real estate transactions, oversees licensed agents, and ensures compliance with Alabama Real Estate Commission and National Association of Realtors standards. She leads marketing, office operations, and client services with a focus on efficiency and results.
In addition to her real estate leadership, Miranda is the CEO of multiple companies, where she manages corporate operations, vendor relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. Her experience as a business owner gives her a clear understanding of how to manage teams, budgets, and long-term operational success.
Earlier in her career, Miranda spent 13 years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, supporting disaster survivors and coordinating assistance efforts. This experience gave her direct insight into crisis response, housing instability, and the importance of structured support systems for families in need.
She holds multiple advanced real estate certifications, including Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. She has also served in leadership roles within the Baldwin Realtors Association, including board membership and committee leadership.
At Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Miranda leads real estate strategy, transactions, and housing operations. She ensures that properties are acquired, managed, and transitioned efficiently to support the foundation’s mission of providing stable housing for veterans and underserved families.
